Candidacy and New Program Fees

Candidacy is the beginning process for Transition-to-Practice program seeking accreditation with the ACEN. A new program is the addition of a new program type within an existing and accredited single program.

$4,200.00

A one-time fee per program type (e.g., new licensure, re-entry, role transition), charged after eligibility has been confirmed through the submission of the required Candidacy Eligibility Application. Covers the entire candidacy mentoring program and the entire candidacy period.

Accreditation Fees

Accreditation fees are assessed for a transition-to-practice program when an initial or continuing accreditation site visit is scheduled. The annual accreditation fee is assessed once accreditation is granted and on an annual basis thereafter.

Charged only when a site visit is requested or scheduled after the submission of the required Information Form prior to an onsite peer review for initial or continuing accreditation

Charged only upon approval and scheduling of the accreditation site visit. Programs should expect a minimum of three (3) peer evaluators. Additional peer evaluators may be needed depending on the complexity of the TTP program.
